There are 4 heights or softness levels in total . 1) Extra soft (Thin), the shortest is about 1" high ( after compression ), for sleeping on the back , 2) Low pillow (Low), about 1.5" high ( after compression ), for sleeping on the back or For side sleeping , 3) The middle pillow is about 2 " high when sleeping on the side . 4) The high pillow is about 2.5" high when sleeping on the side . If you need a higher height, you need to stack two soft pillows at an angle.
