There are 4 heights or softness levels. 1) Extra soft (Thin), the shortest is about 1" high (after pressure), for back sleeping, 2) Low pillow (Low) About 1.5" high (after compression) Sleeping on your back or side, 3) middle pillow after compression About 2" tall, Side sleeping, 4) high pillow after pressure About 2.5" high, for side sleeping. If you need to be taller, you need two soft pillows stacked diagonally.
